Volunteer Policy
We believe a better world is possible and that our actions matter.
We encourage our employees to devote four hours of paid company time per month to volunteer in activities of personal interest.
We understand that collective action can often be more impactful than individuals working alone, so we formed Kebotix INclusion and Diversity (KIND), an advisory committee to steer collective efforts to advance topics around diversity, inclusion, and equality.
KIND helps organize opportunities with local organizations, allowing us to combine our efforts to best serve those in need.
